Look at that mess! The first picture shows how what can happen when a pipe has broken in the ceiling and runs down the length of the hallway. It was real mess. The facility manager just didn't know exactly what to do; they are trained to maintain not restore.

SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix/Anthem was called by their insurance company to provide the cleanup and mitigation. Our crews started on removing the debris from the ceiling as well as the floor. Then the crew cleaned the carpets. The facility manager thanked us for being quick and professional.
