Pipe Break Caused Water Damage to Entire Home

How to avoid a water damage while on vacation.

This customer was out of town and experienced a water damage at its worst. SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix/Anthem was able to come in and help them with the cleanup in their Phoenix, AZ home.

When away from the house it is important to turn off your water. Shut the water off at the main valve in your home to avoid a pipe break from flooding.

The pipe may have still broken at some point but it would have been less damage had the homeowners been around to turn off the water as soon as the problem presented itself.
