Laundry Room Storm Damage

Flooding in Phoenix, AZ Home

It doesn't often rain in our wonderful city. But we all know that it can pour when it does. This home had flooded after a storm drain had been blocked by garbage from the street. The water only had one place to go, and that was into this home. The flooding left the tiles a little dingy and the grout needed to be replaced.

Next, the baseboards and drywall were removed because of the contaminants that were soaked up when the flooding in the home happened. As seen in the picture we disinfected the leftover building materials.
